Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original condition and packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to their personalized nature, custom-designed or engraved pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. The item must be returned in its original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [insert email] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
